Monitoring Services
The North Shore Housing Trust provides monitoring services for homes and rental properties to ensure that affordable housing investments benefit multiple generations.
As the Monitoring Agent, we perform the following activities:
- Review the sales or rental prices of affordable units
- Review and approve Marketing and Outreach Plans
- Oversee and monitor the lottery process
- Income-certify all lottery winners prior to lease-up or closing cost-certify the developer's financial audit
- Report to the town, the developer, and the marketing agent throughout the project
- Continue to monitor the affordability requirements of units, including unit resale

Current Projects:
- Salisbury Woods Salisbury Woods consists of 68 newly constructed residential housing units located off Bridge Road in Salisbury. Of these units, 17 will be offered by lottery. 15 units will be sold to households whose incomes do not exceed 65% of the median income (adjusted for household size) for the Boston PMSA and 2 units will be sold to households whose income does not exceed 52% of the median income (adjusted for household size) for the Boston PMSA.
