We will host a ceremony to celebrate the official beginning of the Whipple Annex project, on site, 27 Green Street in Ipswich at 10:00 am.

Coming Home will take place at the Firehouse Center for the Arts in downtown Newburyport. The main attractions are performances by the Ken Clark Organ Trio and the Cello Chix, and a themed art auction. The auction will complement the Trust's mission as it includes artists' reactions to the needs of our community and their perceptions of home. Hors d'oeuvres, drinks and desserts will be included.

Similar to the workshop we sponsored last year, it will include a basic overview of affordable housing tools and practices. This year we have also added a dynamic roundtable discussion with some of our region's notable affordable housing developers and leaders. Registration materials will be available in September.
